The first weekend that Steve was back from the war games, He surprised
me with a weekend getaway to Edelweiss lodge and Resort. Edelweiss is a
gated Military resort for families stationed in Germany (and abroad)
that is part of the Army MWR (Moral Welfare Recreation). It is a
Beautiful resort that has it all. Bell boys, room service, indoor
pool/outdoor hot tub, casino, restaurants, gift shops, gym, spa, and so
much more. It is honestly the nicest place I have ever been in. Steve
got us a Suite that had two bathrooms, living room, ect with all the
luxuries. Our Balcony over looked the Bavarian Alps. Words can't
describe how beautiful it all was so lets see if these pictures can.

Edelweiss is right next to the Garmish Military post so we got to
explore a new base which was really neat. I love visiting other posts to
see how similar and different everything is.
