Busted water pipes

This morning, while Steve was taking a shower, the water pressure started to reduce and it eventually stopped altogether! I went in to the kitchen to check the facet and not one drop came out. About 15 minutes later, I heard the water come back on and went to check it and it was all Brown! Of course I had to get a picture! Steve went downstairs to check the pipes and all of downstairs was flooded along with the laundry room. There was also a German working on a pipe so hopefully it will be fixed soon. The water just keeps getting darker and darker but this is Military on-post housing, I'm sure they are going to have it fixed soon. I just wish they would hurry up! I need a shower! HA!
